Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products - All sales of digital products (including e-books, downloads, and other digital content are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at support@thefaithfulspirit.com for assistance.

We only offer refunds or exchanges on physical products if they have been damaged or are defective.  If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at support@thefaithfulspirit.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will gladly and promptly send you a replacement.
